@strutheo why don't include humans? It's technically an animal too. And this way, you can easily compare the probabilities. I understand, it's your decision, but I think, including humans is better and more intuitive

Before one of you crazies says that a genetically engineered miniature cow counts for this, I'm gonna say that if it can't interbreed with a standard cow and have viable offspring, it's not a cow
