Resolves YES if the USD MSRP of the base model of the Switch 2 is >160 times the price of a dozen large Grade A eggs (according to FRED) in the month that the Nintendo Switch 2 releases in the US.

For example, if the Nintendo Switch 2 releases in June 2025 at a price of $399.99, and the price of a dozen eggs for June 2025 is $2.60, 2.60 * 160 > 399.99, so this market will resolve NO.

Close date is provisional. Please remember that FRED data does not usually release until a couple months later.

bought Ṁ250 NO

If it falls to 4.50 by the release date, that's $720. If it falls to 4.00, that's $640. Even with tariffs and the egg price possibly peaking in February, I do not think this should have moved to 50/50.

Launch price $450, which makes the threshold $2.81/dozen

my example was flipped, i'm so sorry

it's fixed now, if anyone was confused by it i'll refund you

A good market to calibrate against the H5N1 markets.
