Do you mean (A) that "an official Pokémon emoji will exist within the set of actual official Unicode emojis", or do you mean (B) that "The Pokémon Company will release a (non-Unicode) emoji, or a set of them"?

@PaintspotInfez unicode approves an emoji that is directly related to pokemon - either a pokeball, symbol, pikachu, another character, or another related logo

@strutheo ill also count if the emoji is generalized but still clearly is for a 'pocket monster' type of game or inspired anime/manga
