Do you mean (A) that "an official Pokémon emoji will exist within the set of actual official Unicode emojis", or do you mean (B) that "The Pokémon Company will release a (non-Unicode) emoji, or a set of them"?

The "I'll also count if ..." addendum complicates my NO bet slightly, but I still think it's unlikely that Unicode would so openly add something that's so specific to a copyrighted media franchise
