What happens if they settle and both claim it as a win? Would it resolve to this?

@Marnix Yes, unless one side clearly did lose and is claiming a win just to save face. To determine that I'll rely on mainstream news reports. For example, I could easily see a situation where most people consider it not really a win for Chloe but she and X claim it as a win anyways. In that case I would resolve it as a win for Block. But if it's disputed we can discuss it here at the time of resolution.
