Currently, you can use the Tesla web browser even while actively driving. This market resolves to the year that you can no longer use this in the most recent update. Betas do not count.

The real question is whether they get around to fixing this before FSD is actually good. I think it'll be a long time before FSD is functional, but depending on how this market seems to be going, most people think it'll take a long time for them to fix the issue anyway.
