For this market to resolve positively, the program must: (a) Be open to the public [possibly with a waitlist] (b) Allow hailing rides in at least 4 square miles of the city (c) Be fully autonomous at least 10% of the time [no one in the driver seat] As of Jan 13, 2023, Waymo One is available in SF and Phoenix. Waymo has performed some testing in NYC.
