Resolves YES if any government that is recognized by at least half of U.N. member countries takes over the operation of any AWS Region, Local Zone, or Wavelength Zone within its borders and NO otherwise. Note that Amazon employees may still be involved in operations and Amazon need not object to the government action. However, the data center must have previously been operating with less control by the host country. The level of control exerted by China over the Beijing and Ningxia regions would be sufficient to resolve YES, as long as the data center was previously operating with substantially less control by the host country.

This resolution will be somewhat subjective. I will try to provide as much clarity as I can.
