Sound Transit recently approved a phased opening of East Link starting with the "East Link Starter Line" segment between Bellevue and Redmond in spring 2024. Will the remaining segment between Seattle and Bellevue open before the end of 2024?
This question resolves to YES if light-rail service between the cities of Seattle and Bellevue opens to the general public before the end of 2024 (using local time in Seattle). Otherwise, this resolves to NO.
