This market ranks the following 2025 horror movies by a composite score made up of three components:

1. Letterboxd rating (average user rating as of October 1, 2025)

2. Metacritic score (critic score as of October 1, 2025)

3. Domestic box office gross (total U.S. earnings as of October 1, 2025)

Each film will be ranked 1 through 7 in each of the three categories. The #1 film in each category gets 7 points, #2 gets 6 points, and so on. The film with the highest total score across all categories will be selected as the winner. In case of a tie, Letterboxd rating will serve as the tiebreaker, followed by Metacritic, then box office.

Eligible Films:

• Final Destination: Bloodlines (May 16)

• The Ritual (June 6)

• 28 Years Later (June 20)

• M3GAN 2.0 (June 27)

• I Know What You Did Last Summer (July 18)

• Together (July 30)

• Weapons (August 8)

Resolution will occur on or shortly after October 1, 2025. All data will be publicly available on Letterboxd, Metacritic, and Box Office Mojo.
