This question will resolve as YES if the world achieves net-zero carbon emissions by 2060, meaning that the amount of carbon emissions produced is equal to or less than the amount removed from the atmosphere through natural or technological means. The determination of net-zero carbon emissions will be based on globally accepted standards and reporting.

The question will resolve as NO if the world does not achieve net-zero carbon emissions by 2060 or if the target is significantly delayed or retracted.
