Resolves YES if the above URL accessed at any point between July 1 2025 and Dec 31 2025 shows a value of 5.00 or higher for the current price and/or any historical date between July 1 2025 and Dec 31 2025.

Resolves NO if the maximum price in that timeframe remains below 5.00.

Edge cases:

• If the website becomes inaccessible for some reason, but it was never observed as showing a price >=5.00 while it was accessible, resolves NO
