This market will resolve to YES if, by 11:59 PM UTC on December 31, 2024, a reputable news outlet publishes a report explicitly identifying a disinformation campaign with the intent to negatively shape public opinion about Julian Assange that originated or significantly spread on Twitter (now known as X). Otherwise, the market resolves NO.

A "disinformation campaign" is defined as an effort to spread false or misleading information with the intent to deceive the public. The disinformation campaign might make use of bots.

A "reputable news outlet" must meet Wikipedia's criteria.

Participants are encouraged to monitor the news for reports to determine if and when the market criteria are met.
